Sometimes when people experience difficulties in life they need a safe place where they can talk through their anxieties, fears and uncertainties. Often normal ways of coping are no longer working. It takes courage to talk about it with a therapist and it can be a place to explore difficult, confusing and contradictory feelings.

Often past experiences are influencing what is happening in the present. Exploring thoughts and feelings in therapy may help identify any repeating patterns of behaviour which could be undermining choices and hopes.
